HumRRO's Strategic Human Capital Management (SHCM) staff conducted an analysis of internal service delivery processes and customer satisfaction at the Air Force Research Laboratories Human Effectiveness Directorate. SHCM staff carried out similar work for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
